We have been retained by the renowned Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation to recruit an IRB/Regulatory Manager. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead and grow a tight knit Regulatory team at one of the leading cardiology research organizations in the Twin Cities.
The ideal candidate has a passion for research and must have 5+ years of experience in the clinical research setting with a strong understanding of the Regulatory and IRB processes in a clinical research setting. This will initially include hands-on work while transitioning to an oversight and high-level Regulatory resource for the organization. You will partner with internal and external industry leaders to manage and oversee the IRB and Regulatory aspects of clinical trials, be a regulatory subject-matter resource while providing leadership, guidance and development of your team.
Growth opportunities for this role include working closely with the VP of Compliance, Quality & Regulatory to build and eventually take ownership of the Quality processes.
The MHIF has developed a culture of relationship building and teamwork so candidates will ideally live in the Twin Cities area as this is initially an on-site role which can develop into a hybrid role.
