We have been retained by a startup medical device company in the Twin Cities area to recruit a seasoned Senior or Principal level Product Development/Manufacturing Engineer. Ideal candidate has 8+ years’ experience as a hands-on Product/Process Development Engineer, transitioning medical devices from R&D to manufacturing.
You will work with a small cross-functional team to drive the development of products from design verification testing through commercialization. You will work closely with R&D and QA to ensure development and manufacturing activities are stable and defined for rapid company growth.
The executive and leadership team bring a combined 50+ years’ experience of successfully developing and bringing technologies to the market. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor and have a significant impact on the success of the company.
