We are recruiting for a Principal level Product Development/R&D Engineer (flexible on title) for NeuroOne Medical Technologies, a medical device company in the neuro and spine space. Client will consider more experience but realize this is a ‘get-your-hands-dirty’ engineering role. At this time, client is only considering candidates in the Minneapolis/St Paul area.
Ideal candidate will have 5-10 years’ experience in Product Development with an electro-mechanical device background. Implantable electrode and/or leads experience a must; spinal stimulation or deep brain experience desirable. Looking for someone who can demonstrate what it takes to successfully bring devices from design through development into manufacturing and getting products commercialized.
The role will include project management responsibilities, working with external manufacturing resources, suppliers and contractors. The company has several applications utilizing their technology platform – some closing in on 510(k) clearance and some in the concept/design phase – so there will be a wide variety of responsibilities from helping sustain a product as well as project support.
