Petros is led by Jeani Hynes and Mike Hynes, a couple of 20+ years and connectors in the Medical Device industry for 18+ years. They started Petros with the distinct opportunity to do recruiting differently and bring a personability to the business that is typically unheard of. While Mike and Jeani each bring different strengths to their clients, they both share an affinity for people that makes their connections uniquely authentic.
Petros doesn’t see itself as a vendor or job placement service, but a genuine partnership. Seeking to meet with all candidates face to face and the visionaries that lead the charge of their organizations while seeking others to help them reach their goals. Jeani and Mike know how to navigate the process of matching great talent with equally great companies, while developing a comfort level and honest expectation on both sides of the table.
